Aeronautical Society of Kenya(AeSK) invites all to Public Aeronautical Lecture May 17th 2013 in Kenya Aeronautical College (Wilson Airport) from 5pm

The lecture will present design phase as critical phase within the framework of the Systems Engineering Product Life Cycle  model. However,
there will be an elaboration on the causes of the apparent product design failure in operation despite the abundance of resources and expertise, both technical and managerial. The lack of rigour, i.e. poor definition (and communication) involving the full capture of aircraft operational requirements is identified as particular area of concern.
Highlights include the Airworthiness Design Code and its direct link to operational capability elements of RAMSE ( Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety and Environment).

The Lecture will be Delivered by: Dr. Faustin Ondore PhD, C.Eng, MRAes, MIMech, MASME. Chairmain, Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering Technical University of Kenya.

After the lecture there will be dinner at the same venue. Charges Public Ksh. 1000 Students: Ksh. 500 Don’t miss!!! Come Learn and exchange thoughts on Aviation. You all invited, bring a friend
